Terms of use
The rules that apply when you use this website and send a booking request to top10hotel. Plain language, no small print.
1. Who we are and what we do
top10hotel ("we", "us") runs an information and booking-request service for a curated list of casino hotels. We are an independent intermediary. We do not own, operate or represent any hotel listed on this site, and the hotels are not responsible for the content here. When you send a request, we contact the hotel or its official booking channel on your behalf and pass their confirmed offer back to you.
2. Using the website
You may browse hotel information and send booking requests for yourself or for people you are authorised to book for. You agree not to submit false information, use the site unlawfully, or copy, scrape or republish its content without written permission. Descriptions, photographs and layout are owned by top10hotel or used under licence.
3. Booking requests
Submitting a form on this site creates a request, not a reservation. A reservation exists only when the hotel issues a written confirmation, which we forward to you; until then no room is held. We aim to reply within one business day but cannot guarantee it.
4. Prices, fees and payment
Starting rates are indicative, in US dollars, and exclude taxes, resort fees and extras unless stated. The price that binds you is the one in the hotel's confirmation. We charge no booking fee. All payments go to the hotel under its own terms; we do not collect or store card details. We may receive a commission from a hotel or booking partner after a completed stay.
5. Changes and cancellations
Cancellation and change conditions are set by the hotel and depend on the rate you accept; we state them in writing before you confirm. Email us as early as possible to change or cancel. We relay the request, but the hotel's policy decides whether a refund applies.
6. Accuracy of information
We review each listing at least monthly, but hotels change pool hours, close restaurants and renovate towers without notice. If something here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it; we cannot accept liability for decisions made solely on the basis of a description.
7. Age and responsible gambling
Casino areas are for adults only: 21 and over in Nevada, California, Macau and Singapore, 18 and over in Monaco and the Bahamas, subject to local law and hotel policy. This site is not a gambling service and offers no wagering. If gambling stops being fun, help is available: in the United States call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.
8. Our liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of any hotel or third party, for events outside our reasonable control, or for indirect loss. Our total liability for any request is limited to any fee you paid us, which is normally zero. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of San Diego County unless local consumer law gives you the right to a different forum.
