Questions we get most

How booking works, what you pay, and what to expect on the casino floor. If your question is not here, write to us and we will add it.

Booking and payment

Does the form on the home page book a room?

No. It builds a request. You choose a hotel and dates, we show the number of nights and an estimated total, and the "Request booking" button takes you to the contact form with those details filled in. We check live availability and reply with the exact rate; your room is reserved only after you confirm and the hotel issues a confirmation number.

When do I pay, and to whom?

You pay the hotel, not us. Depending on the resort and the rate type, that means either a card guarantee with payment at check-out, or a prepaid rate charged when the booking is confirmed. We tell you which applies before you commit. We never ask for card details by email or through this website.

Are the prices on the site the final price?

They are starting rates for a standard room in low season, checked monthly. The final price depends on dates, room category and occupancy, and most Las Vegas resorts add a daily resort fee plus tax. Our reply always shows the full amount, fees included.

Do you charge a booking fee?

No. Some hotels pay us a commission after a completed stay; that does not change your rate and it does not affect which hotels we list.

Can I cancel or change a booking?

Cancellation terms belong to the rate you choose. Flexible rates can usually be cancelled up to 48 or 72 hours before arrival; prepaid rates are cheaper but often non-refundable. We state the exact policy in writing before you confirm. To change a booking, reply to your confirmation email and we handle it with the hotel.

Can you arrange more than the room?

Yes. Show tickets, restaurant tables, cabana rentals, airport transfers and early or late check-out are all things we can request. Mention them in your message. Some are subject to availability and may carry their own charges, which we will confirm first.

At the resort

How old do I need to be for the casino?

It depends on the jurisdiction. In Las Vegas and California the casino floor is 21 and over. In Macau and Singapore the minimum is 21. In Monaco and the Bahamas it is 18. Hotels will ask for photo identification. Children can stay in the hotel and use pools, restaurants and shows, but must not linger in gaming areas.

Can I stay without gambling?

Absolutely, and many guests do. Every resort on our list is worth a stay for the pools, restaurants, shows and location alone. If you would rather avoid the casino, tell us and we will request a room on a floor and in a tower that keeps you away from it.

What is a resort fee?

A daily charge, common in Las Vegas and the Bahamas, that covers items such as pool access, in-room internet and fitness centre use. It is added by the hotel on top of the room rate and is payable at the hotel. Our quotes always list it separately so there are no surprises at check-out.

Which hotel is best for a first visit to Las Vegas?

For a first trip most people are happiest in the centre of the Strip. Bellagio and ARIA are the safe recommendations; The Venetian if you want a larger room for the money; Wynn if service matters more than location. Send us your dates and budget and we will narrow it down.
